5LZF1500 marine gearbox possesses functions of one input and five outputs, and clutching and de-clutching. The transmission mode is ten shafts and fourteen external helical gears, and two-stage increasing. Through rational design on internal construction, via two vane pumps driving clutches, thus by controlling left and right vane pumps, it can realize multiple working conditions of simultaneous and asynchronous operation. Besides, via two fast and slow shaft clutches to control generator, it can meet demands of different working conditions. Through hydraulic system interlocking, vane pump and shaft generator can work asynchronously, thus letting the generator providing sufficient power supply to the ship.

5LZF1500 marine gearbox is used to drive pump and motor as marine auxiliary gearbox.
