Constructional Products of the company are advanced in technology, complete in specifications, including transmissions, torque converter, constructional vehicle axle and etc., covering applications of earthmoving machinery, compacting machinery, excavating machinery, transport machinery, industrial vehicle, concrete machinery, railway track machinery and coal mine machinery and etc, which are widely used in bulldozer, scraper, loader, grader, tractor, fork loader, roller, excavator, tower crane, special vehicle, rail car and coal mine drilling machine and so on. The constructional products have matched to 50-odd domestic OEMs and had a market share of 20%. It is the biggest independent supplier of constructional machinery transmissions in the country. And the company drafted 2 national and industrial standards such as GB/T 25627-2010 Construction Machinery Powershift Transmission.
Since 1980s’, the company has been involved in development of automobile transmissions, successively introduced Italy Fiat light bus transmission technology, French Peugeot car transmission technology and Renault commercial vehicle transmission technology, and developed HC series and T series transmission suitable for heavy truck, large or medium city bus, highway passenger car and commercial car, which match most domestic automobile manufacturers, with technical characteristics reaching advanced level of similar products in the country. Also, It developed a vehicle transfer case of 3.5 ton via cooperation with DongFeng Company, and then expanded to transfer cases for various off-road and special vehicles. Wind-energy ProductsThe company is the earliest enterprise to design and manufacture wind-energy gearboxes, once took part in the Key Science and Technology Projects of National Ninth Five Plan, Research on Key Technology of Large Wind Power Generation System, drafted national standard GB/T19073-2008 Wind Turbine Generator System Gearbox. The company may provide wind turbine gearboxes ranging 100kW~5.5kW. The products over 1.5MW obtain internationally advanced core technologies of differential and flexible pin, featuring in even in load distribution, high in reliability, large in power density; suitable for working conditions on ocean and plateau. It established 13 national and industrial standards such as GB/T 21955-2008 Agricultural and Forestry Tractor Paper-base Friction Disc Technical Conditions, and obtains 8 invent patents of related technology. Large Hi-precision GearThe company owns gear processing and inspecting equipment of international advanced level, can machine and inspect large and high precision heavy loaded gears up to 4000mm in diameter, 40mm in module, Din 3 in precision, HR58-62 in surface hardness and 20t in weight.
