The 5.X MW series wind turbine gearbox adopts a combined planetary + parallel shaft transmission. The planetary structure uses either the NGW type or a flexible pin multi-planet differential structure. Featuring flexible pins and outer-ring-free tapered bearing technology, it boasts advantages of excellent load sharing, high reliability, and high power density.
