The Lightweight High-Speed Marine Gearbox (aluminum housing), independently developed by the company, cover a power range of 20kW to 3900kW and a speed ratio range of 1.0 to 3:1, available in a complete range of specifications. The products are with aluminum housing, models marked with "A" and "V" adopt angular transmission structures. Different gearbox load ratings can be selected based on actual ship operating conditions. The products are widely used in various vessels such as yachts, utility boats, passenger ships, and government service ships. Main Technical Features:
1. Possess functions of ahead/astern operation, clutching & de-clutching, speed reduction and bearing propeller thrust;
2. Compact structure, small size and light weight;
3. High rated input speed and high manufacturing precision;
4. Excellent overall performance, low noise and minimal vibration;
5. Match high-speed diesel engine, mainly used in small and medium-sized high-speed ships;
6. Apply mechanical and automatic control, realizing local emergency operation and remote control of the gearbox;
7. Available in designs with a 5°–14° small inclination angle between input and output.
Ordering Instructions:
Pleasure condition: Annual working hours < 500h, and the average load factor < 19% for 500h annual operation.
Note: Applicable for private, non-commercial, non-chartered ships or those used for sports/pleasure, with intermittent operation.
Light-duty condition: Annual working hours < 2,500h, and the average load < 29% for 2500h annual operation.
Note: Applicable for private, chartered ships or those used for sports/pleasure, with intermittent operation.
Medium-duty condition: Annual working hours < 4,000h, and the average load < 59% for 4000h annual operation.
Note: Applicable for chartered and commercial ships, with intermittent operation.
Continuous condition: No limit on annual working hours.
Note: The "Pleasure, Light-duty, Medium-duty" working conditions shall not be used for critical vessels, including military ships, government service boats, and passenger ships.
