Since 1980s’, the company has been involved in development of automobile transmissions, successively introduced Italy Fiat light bus transmission technology, French Peugeot car transmission technology and Renault commercial vehicle transmission technology, and developed HC series and T series transmission suitable for heavy truck, large or medium city bus, highway passenger car and commercial car, which match most domestic automobile manufacturers, with technical characteristics reaching advanced level of similar products in the country. Also, It developed a vehicle transfer case of 3.5 ton via cooperation with DongFeng Company, and then expanded to transfer cases for various off-road and special vehicles. With growth of new energy automobile, the company, combined with big domestic automobile groups, well-known universities, develops pure-electric and hybrid vehicle transmissions, which are used in pure electric bus, public bus, small-size four-wheeled electric vehicle, large electric city bus and hybrid drive cars. In recent years, it is engaged in development of AMT transmission for large and medium city buses.
HC-series Automobile Transmission
HC-series Automobile transmission is suitable for medium and large bus and truck, matching torque ranging 500N.m ~ 2200N.m. The transmission is compact in structure, manual single or dual lever to control; ground gears, constant engaged helical gears; smooth in transmission. The series product is mature in technology and high in reliability.
T-series Automobile Transmission
T-series Automobile transmission is suitable for medium and large bus and truck, applying three-shaft fixed-shaft transmission, rotary shaft-pulling plate-fork shifting mechanism, lock-ring synchronizer to shift, optional single-lever or sorts of flexible shafts mechanism, thus easy and reliable in shifting. It can be installed left or right horizontally or vertically, being different varieties to increase adaptability in vehicle. It is designed as ground gears, constant engaged helical gears; smooth in transmission. The series product is mature in technology and high in reliability.
Automobile Transfer Case
Since the 3.5t automobile transfer case the company joint developed with DongFeng in 1980s’, it has developed transfer cases suitable for various off-road and special vehicles, transmission capacity ranging 1800Nm~24000Nm. The products cover part time 4WD and full (part) time difference 4WD, different torsion ratio differential and 1:1 differential. It is designed as ground gears, constant engaged helical gears; smooth in transmission. The series product is mature in technology and high in reliability.
Electric Automobile Transmission
Cooperated with domestic large-scale automobile group and well-known universities, the company has developed electric automobile transmissions, which mainly used in pure electric bus, public bus, mini-size four-wheeled electric vehicle, city electric bus and hybrid 4WD car. The transmission applies helical gear transmission, featuring in high in transmission efficiency, low in noise, compact in structure, economic in installation space and high in reliability.
AMT Electric Automobile Transmission (AMT)
AMT electric automobile transmission that the company has own IP, is developed on basis of existing mechanical transmission, added automatic variable speed control system and actuator mechanism, and realize automatic shifting without clutching and de-clutching operation. Transmission clutch and shifting actuator apply electric-hydraulic method, small in shock, low in noise, significantly increasing service life of clutch and synchronizer. The product features in high in transmission efficiency, friendly in environment, low in cost, convenient in operation, high in reliability etc.
