HCD4S95 is a four-speed pure electrical automobile transmission self-developed by the company, integrated with EMT power system, which is mainly for environmental friendly city electrical bus and shuttle bus. It can improve significantly bus power, fuel economy and adaptability to city roads. Features include:
1. The transmission can be installed at front or rear, horizontally or vertically. It mainly consists of main gearbox, pneumatic control system and motor, which are serial arranged as motor and transmission.
2. All mating gears are ground, thus smooth in engagement, low in noise, high in transmission efficiency and high in reliability.
3. All speeds have signal light switch.
4. Different odometer transmission ratio can be set on request. It is with inductive odometer connector.
5. Control way is electrical control and air-powered.
