Hangzhou Advance Foundry Co., Ltd.： was established by Hangzhou Advance Gearbox Group Co., Ltd and Hangzhou Fengsheng Machinery Co.,Ltd, which is a foundry specialized in making housings of marine gearbox,constructional transmission and heavy-truck transmission,having five workshops for mechanical modeling, resin sand molding,EPC casting,clean-up and patterns. I t is equipped with one line of wet-sand modeling,four lines of resin sand modeling,one line of EPC casting;as well as 12 various jott squeezers,direct-reading spectrograph and other physical and chemical testing equipment,thanks to which,the annual yield reaches 25 thousand tons.Common casting materials are HT150,HT200,HT250,HT300,QT400,QT450,QT500,QT600.Both scale and mechanization level are heading the list in the Province.
