Hangzhou Linjiang Advance Gearbox Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of HAGG. Founded in 2012, it is a high-tech enterprise, as well as a municipal-level enterprise technology center and R&D center. The company focuses on the R&D and manufacturing of transmission devices for large-scale energy equipment（wind turbine gearboxes） and industrial transmission gearboxes. Adhering to the concept of "Technology Leads Development", it actively expands into high-end equipment transmission fields such as nuclear power, compressors and vacuum pumps, and is committed to becoming a leading enterprise in integrated power transmission solutions in China.

Shaoxing Base

Shaoxing Advance Gearbox Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of HAGG. Founded in 1992, it has been awarded honors including "National-level 'Specialized, Refined, Distinctive and Innovative' Little Giant Enterprise" and "Provincial Key High-tech Enterprise". The company focuses on marine gearboxes, with its business expanded to construction machinery, agricultural machinery and other special gearbox fields. It has formed a product system covering 15 categories and more than 100 varieties, and is committed to providing users with high-reliability products and comprehensive technical support.

Heshang Base

The Heshang Base gathers the Hangzhou Powder Metallurgy Research Institute (Powder Metallurgy Factory) and Hangzhou Advance Couplings Co., Ltd. Founded in 1965, the Powder Metallurgy Research Institute is China’s first enterprise engaged in the R&D, production and testing of friction materials and other related products; its products are widely used in clutches and brakes across multiple fields. It has established a national-level technology center and other institutions, formulated a number of national standards, holds multiple patents, has achieved abundant scientific research results, and occupies a prominent position in the industry. Zhejiang Changxing Advance Machinery Foundry Co., Ltd. was founded in 2007. It is a provincial-level high-tech enterprise. The company focuses on the R&D and production of gearbox housing castings for marine application, construction machinery and wind turbine gearboxes. It has obtained ISO9001 system certification and factory approval from multiple international classification societies, and adheres to the concept of "Providing Products and Services that Satisfy Users".

Guangde Base

Advance Power Transmission Anhui Co., Ltd. is a holding subsidiary of HAGG. Founded in 2019, the company has advanced R&D and manufacturing capabilities. Its main products include hydraulic torque converters, automotive transfer cases, cast aluminum alloys, heat exchangers and gear transmission components. It is committed to becoming a trustworthy professional supplier of transmission products for domestic and foreign customers.
