Industrial Transmission Gearbox
Hangzhou Linjiang ADVANCE Gearbox Co., Ltd. is a professional enterprise specializing in the design and manufacturing of various gear transmission devices, with products primarily used in wind power gearbox applications and industrial transmission gearboxes. Established in 2012, the company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of HAGG. (stock code: 601177). It is recognized as a high-tech enterprise, hosts a municipal-level Enterprise Technology Center, and operates a municipal-level R&D center for high-tech enterprises. Currently, the company holds 17 patents and has 11 additional patents pending. It has also been honored with titles such as "Zhejiang Province Specialized, Fine, and New Small and Medium-Sized Enterprise."
The company has constructed a 150,000-square-meter joint factory facility, including 50,000 square meters dedicated to temperature- and humidity-controlled workshops. Key additions recently put into operation include a 13MW wind turbine gearbox test bench, a carburizing and quenching heat treatment line, a physicochemical testing center, and advanced imported machining equipment. These investments have already enabled the company to achieve an annual production capacity of 1,000 sets of wind turbine gearboxes along with their complementary components. Currently, the company has developed a series of wind turbine gearboxes based on a 2–10 MW main gearbox platform. To meet growing market demand and further expand production capacity, the company plans to reinvest an additional 1 billion yuan in technological upgrades. This investment will fund the construction of a large-scale gear shaft processing line, a gearbox housing machining line, a heat-treated carburized component line, a 24MW test rig, and an advanced inspection line. By 2026, these initiatives are expected to boost the company’s annual production capacity to 2,000 sets of wind turbine gearboxes and their associated parts.
