Among these products, the nano-material-enhanced high-performance copper-based friction discs are a cutting-edge friction product jointly developed by the company's postdoctoral research workstation and the Powder Metallurgy Institute, now being mass-produced and applied to high-end markets such as specialty vehicles and high-power marine gearboxes. The company has also spearheaded the formulation of more than 10 national and industry standards, including GB/T 21955 "Technical Specifications for Paper-Based Friction Discs Used in Agricultural and Forestry Tractors and Machinery" and JB/T 12718 "Technical Specifications for Copper-Based Powder Metallurgy Spray-On Friction Discs." Additionally, its research project "Study on Copper-Based Powder Metallurgy Friction Discs Produced via the Spray Method" earned the Second Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress from the Ministry of Machinery Industry, while "Nano-Material Friction Discs" received the Bronze Award at the 3rd China Military-Civilian Dual-Use Technology Innovation and Application Competition.
