Recently, Lu Lijun from the Group Company was awarded the government special allowance by the State Council. Lu Lijun, a senior technician and skilled fitter at the company, has dedicated over 20 years to his role as a fitter, earning numerous prestigious accolades, including the "National May Day Labor Medal," the title of "National Technical Expert," Zhejiang Province's "Ten Thousand Talents Plan" Leading Talent in High Skills, Zhejiang Craftsman, and Zhejiang Provincial Model Worker.
For decades, Lu Lijun has steadfastly remained at his equipment maintenance post, steadily rising through relentless effort to become a leading figure in the company’s equipment repair field. Currently, he is primarily responsible for the maintenance and technical problem-solving of all CNC, heavy-duty, large-scale, and various high-precision, cutting-edge domestic and international equipment across the entire company, successfully resolving numerous challenging repair issues. Actively involved in building the company’s talent development pipeline, he serves as the leader of the "Lu Lijun Machinist Skills Master Studio" and a city- and district-level champion in vocational skills, helping the company cultivate a team of highly skilled technical experts.
