The 19th Hangzhou Asian Games have entered the countdown phase. This event adheres to the organizing principles of "Green, Smart, Frugal, and Civilized," showcasing Hangzhou's unique charm to the world. As a local state-owned enterprise, HAGG is fully leveraging its strengths to actively support the Games' services.

At the end of August, the new-energy cruise ship project—equipped with Hangchi marine gearboxes—successfully completed its trial voyage. The four cruise ships will serve the "Poetic Road Culture • Three Rivers and Two Banks" golden waterway tourism route, offering domestic and international visitors a brand-new, eco-friendly experience during the Asian Games, while showcasing to the world the allure of green energy and sustainable propulsion.

The project features a Hangzhou Gearbox New Energy marine gearbox installed on the tour boat, designed to seamlessly integrate with the 140kW propulsion motor and the overall propulsion system. During the ship's trial voyage in August, Hangzhou Gearbox dispatched staff members to provide on-site support throughout the entire journey, braving the scorching heat to ensure the gearbox operated smoothly and reliably—ultimately helping to deliver the vessel on time and ready for use.

In recent years, as concepts such as "green energy, green ships, and green waterways" have been gradually promoted, HAGG has responded to market demands by intensifying its R&D efforts and developing a series of gearbox products tailored for vessels powered by "new energy, hybrid systems, and electric propulsion." These products cover a power range from 50 kW to 10,000 kW. Currently, the company's "new energy, hybrid, and electric propulsion" solutions are widely used in various types of vessels, including cruise ships, cargo ships, engineering vessels, and government service boats.
