Recently, Zhao Yuexiang, member of the Party Leadership Group and Second-Level Researcher at the Xiaoshan Trade Union, along with Sheng Qingqing, Deputy Secretary of Chengxiang Subdistrict and Chairman of the Trade Union, led a delegation to conduct a调研 (research and inspection) on Hangzhou Gear's efforts in fostering harmonious labor relations for the new era. Zhang Dejun, Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission and Chairman of the Trade Union at HAGG, and other leaders attended the meeting.

Zhang Dejun reported at the meeting on HAGG's efforts in fostering harmonious labor relations in the new era, covering six key areas: implementing democratic management, enhancing employee skills, safeguarding workers' rights and interests, refining support mechanisms, strengthening internal capacity building, and contributing to cultural development. He emphasized that Hangchi will continue to strive toward establishing and nurturing a new model of harmonious and stable labor relations through practical initiatives, ultimately helping to build a harmonious society and enterprise while driving the company’s high-quality, sustainable growth.

Zhao Yuexiang affirmed the efforts made by HAGG in fostering harmonious labor relations. He emphasized that General Secretary Xi Jinping pays close attention to the work of building such relationships. To excel in this area, we must start from reality, focus on key priorities, and tackle specific issues with precision. At the same time, we need to think creatively, bring innovative ideas, and highlight unique strengths—achieving what others don’t have, and excelling where others already do. By investing thoroughly in areas like political guidance, employee care, democratic management, and skills enhancement, we can deliver tangible results, enabling the enterprise to thrive while ensuring employees reap real benefits. Together, we can build truly harmonious labor relations that benefit both the company and its workforce.
