On the afternoon of May 26, HAGG held its 2023 Marketing Work Conference at its subsidiary in Shaoxing ADVANCE, with the entire leadership team and heads of all marketing departments in attendance.
Yang Shuiyu, Party Secretary and Chairman of the company, delivered an important speech titled "Stay Confident, Embrace the Impossible, and Strive Tiresomely to Achieve Our Annual Goals." Yang Shuiyu emphasized that although the market situation in 2023 remains challenging and each business segment faces daunting tasks, only practical action holds the key to overcoming these obstacles. He added that as long as we persevere, sustainable growth will follow. Yang Shuiyu noted that difficulties need not be feared—after all, Hangchi has already weathered more than six decades of ups and downs by embracing challenges head-on and demonstrating an unwavering spirit of resilience. By daring to push beyond our limits and unlocking our full potential, we can turn the impossible into reality and drive the company toward new breakthroughs. Finally, Yang Shuiyu urged all business units to align their thinking around the annual objectives, maintain unwavering confidence, seize emerging market opportunities, and meticulously refine their targets and responsibilities—working together to propel the company to a higher level of success.
Zhou Huanhui, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager, outlined six key requirements for future marketing efforts, based on the company's actual marketing practices and aligned with current market conditions.
1. Strengthen production and sales collaboration to boost enterprise development.
Sales and production collaboration must be even closer, with accurate market forecasting and meticulously detailed production planning—working together to ensure the company produces in a more scientific and efficient manner, seamlessly meeting market demands.

In this process, every product must be crafted with the "boutique engineering" philosophy—only products that match or even surpass competitors can firmly capture market share, enhance brand influence, and drive the company’s transformation and upgrade.

The direction of technological upgrades must be closely aligned with market demands, leveraging precise and well-targeted upgrade projects to maximize enterprise profitability, optimize product quality, and sustain the company's sustained, robust competitiveness.
