As the Spring Festival approaches, HAGG Company organized a comprehensive pre-festival inspection on the afternoon of January 24, 2022. The inspection covered densely populated areas such as the company's Shannan and Shanbei North campuses, collective dormitories, and rented housing—as well as peripheral sites including the Powder Metallurgy Xintang campus and the Market Management Department building. The purpose was to create a safe and festive environment for the company, strengthen current safety production efforts, thoroughly identify and address potential hazards, prevent accidents, and ensure the continued stability and smooth operation of the company’s safety management during the holiday period.

Inspection teams were divided into four groups, each led by General Manager Zhou Huanhui, Deputy General Manager Deng Lin, Union Chairman Zhang Dejun, and Assistant to the General Manager Chen Maoqi, respectively, to carry out a comprehensive inspection. Members of the inspection teams carefully examined various aspects at each unit, including safe production practices, fire safety measures, environmental protection efforts, security protocols, and on-site management conditions. They also assessed the implementation of safety, environmental protection, and fire prevention responsibility systems, as well as compliance with safety, environmental, and fire safety regulations. Additionally, they checked whether the use of fire and electricity adhered to standards, monitored for any "three violations" on the production floor, and evaluated whether hazardous chemicals were handled, stored, and managed properly. Furthermore, they verified the integrity of fire-fighting equipment and ensured that safety and emergency evacuation routes remained unobstructed. The teams also inspected food safety and hygiene in employee cafeterias, maintained cleanliness in designated work areas, and reviewed security and guard-related issues. Moreover, they examined sanitation conditions in rented residential areas, as well as safety practices related to gas usage and the safe operation of high-power electrical appliances. Finally, the teams rigorously inspected the proper use, placement, and labeling of lifting slings and rigging equipment. During the inspection, any identified hazards were immediately pointed out to the responsible units, with detailed written records kept on-site. After the inspection concluded, the teams compiled and summarized their findings, issuing hazard rectification notices to the relevant units where risks were detected. These notices mandated that the affected organizations address the identified issues within a specified timeframe.

Through this inspection, we have further strengthened the foundational management of safe production, ensuring thorough preparations for safety operations during the Spring Festival. This will help maintain a stable safety environment and lay a solid groundwork for fostering a harmonious and peaceful atmosphere of safe production throughout the company during the festive season.
