——科技引领前进 创新驱动未来
为总结过去五年杭齿在科技创新中取得的成就，表彰奖励一批为企业科技创新作出突出贡献的项目和个人，同时分析新形势下科技创新工作面临的机遇和挑战，部署今后五年的科技发展方向和重点工作，10月29日下午，杭齿集团召开了第八次科技创新大会。公司两级领导人员、分工会主席、工程技术人员、高级及以上职称管理人员、技师及高级技师、科协学组组长（副组长）等480余人参加大会。
公司总工程师宋斌宣读了《关于杭齿集团第八次科技创新大会科技奖的表彰决定》，公司领导班子成员为32个科技进步奖项目和32位科技贡献奖个人颁发荣誉证书。获奖代表刘聪上台发表感言。
公司党委书记、董事长、总经理杨水余向大会作题为《科技引领前进，创新驱动未来，为开创“十四五”企业新局面而努力奋斗》的报告。杨董首先总结了五年来公司科技发展取得的新成就，产品应用领域实现的新拓展，改革创新迈出的新步伐。随后，杨董分析了国际、国内形势给公司科技工作带来的机遇和挑战。最后，杨董明确了企业“十四五”总体目标和科技发展目标，同时对企业“十四五”期间各产品板块重点研发方向以及具体的保障措施做了详细阐述。
会议由公司党委副书记、副总经理侯波主持。
