杭齿集团召开第一季度两级干部会议

4月29日下午，杭齿集团在多功能厅召开第一季度两级干部会议，全体两级干部、分工会主席参加会议。
会议首先听取了集团公司SAP上线一个月来的运行情况，随后，公司党委书记、董事长、总经理杨水余通报了集团公司一季度的生产经营情况，并提出了下一阶段的工作要求。
第一，各单位特别是生产分厂，要围绕市场需求推动各项工作，尽快完成订单交货任务，满足市场需求。
第二，安全环保、职工健康等工作不容忽视，后续要继续做好新冠疫苗接种、垃圾分类、职工行为规范等工作。
第三，相关职能部门要抓好质量管控、精益生产、重点项目研发、人才建设等年度重点工作。
第四，针对SAP项目上线工作，要求公司各单位高度重视，严格按照项目小组要求，在既定时间内完成相应工作。并提出三点要求：一是及时按照系统要求导入相关数据，二是要配备相关懂业务的操作人员，巩固第一梯队，建立第二梯队，三是要及时、准确、有效地反馈项目推进过程中的相关问题，项目组要尽快进行处理解决。
