公司召开2021年安全、消防、环保责任书签约大会

1月4日下午，杭齿集团公司在多功能厅召开了一年一度的安全、消防、环保责任书签约大会。全体两级干部，各分厂、部门安全员，分工会主席等参加会议。公司党委书记、董事长、总经理杨水余，纪委书记、工会主席张德军，副总经理邓林于主席台就坐。会议由邓林主持。
浙江省应急管理厅副处长薛芳跃首先为参会人员上了一堂安全教育课，用鲜活的安全事故案例警醒大家要从思想上重视安全生产，要加强员工安全教育。
综合保障部部长胡敏钢对2020年安全、消防、环保工作做了总结，并提出了2021年的相关工作计划。张德军在会上发表讲话，他表示：2021年要落实好三项任务，即围绕公司生产经营，强化劳动保护监督检查；加强教育，创造和谐工作环境；坚持深入开展“安康杯”竞赛活动，创建平安“杭齿”。
杨水余表示公司的安全、消防、环保工作还存在着部分问题，内外部的环保压力增大，需要更严格地执行关键责任人制度。相关人员要有责任心，工作要落实到位。他提出三点要求：首先要主体责任到位，强化防范意识；其次，要制度修订到位，并把责任层层落实到各个岗位上去；再次，要安全巡查到位，各职能部门要加强督查；最后，要传递此次安全、消防、环保大会的精神。只有做好每一个环节，才能确保公司一方平安。
会上，杨水余和各主要分厂、部门安全责任人签订了《安全环保职业健康目标管理责任书》。
