近日，杭齿集团召开投资子公司2020年度董事长、总经理工作会议，会议主要通报了集团公司及各投资子公司2020 生产经营情况及2021年工作计划，下达了各投资子公司2021年度生产经营目标。本次会议由集团公司董事长、总经理杨水余主持，萧山国资集团总经理夏柏林，集团公司副总经理侯波、邓林，董事会秘书欧阳建国，财务负责人吴飞，各子公司董事长、总经理及证券投资部有关人员出席了会议。
集团公司董事长、总经理杨水余强调，集团公司及各投资子公司要围绕公司“十四五规划”，确定目标、树立信心、努力拼搏，要求各投资子公司不囿于现有业务，突破传统经营理念，从资源导向转向目标导向，用发展的眼光看待问题、解决问题，共同推动杭齿集团持续稳定发展。
萧山国资集团总经理夏柏林提出，未来两三年实体经济的机遇大于挑战，杭齿集团要树立信心，注重品牌意识和产品质量意识，积极构建产业链、规范管理供应链，敢于开拓、勇于创新，各投资子公司要借助杭齿集团的平台，相互促进共同发展。
最后夏柏林总经理希望集团公司及各投资子公司共同努力，在2021年再创佳绩。
