2020年11月13日－15日，人力资源部联合企业管理部在蓝天宾馆举行了为期三天的质量环境安全三合一管理体系标准培训，集团公司分管领导、各单位主管领导及体系管理员共80余人参加了培训。
本次培训特邀上海和炘智能科技有限公司朱春佳老师。朱老师精心准备了培训课件，对GB/T19001:2016《质量管理体系要求》、GB/T24001:2016《环境管理体系要求及使用指南》、GB/T45001:2020《职业健康安全管理体系要求及使用指南》的标准条款进行了宣贯和解读，同时传授了审核知识和经验。授课过程中强调了过程方法的运用，风险的识别与控制，深入讲解了产品和过程的设计和开发、环境因素和危险源的识别与评价等内容；在互动环节带动学员们结合实际情况积极参与讨论。
通过培训，大家进一步提高了对三合一管理体系标准的认知和理解，为公司体系持续平稳有效运行奠定坚实的基础。
