8月14日下午，杭齿集团公司优秀青年集训营开班典礼仪式在二楼多功能厅举行，集团公司党委书记、总经理、管理学院院长杨水余，集团公司副总经理徐桂琴及6名内部导师和70多名学员出席了开班典礼。仪式由党工部部长孙锦主持，管理学院执行副院长毕建伟作开班工作汇报。
杨总为优秀青年人才集训营授旗。学员代表刘良做了发言，表示将不负集团公司重托，努力学习，为杭齿向高端装备制造和智能制造转型做出应有的贡献。徐桂琴为内部导师颁发聘书。童燕华代表内部导师做了发言，不仅对学员提出了要求，同时也表示要精心指导，成为学员的良师益友。
杨总指出，优秀青年人才集训营，是杭齿优秀人才的种子，各个岗位优秀青年集中在一起，认真学习，就能结出硕果；同时，杨总倡导青年人才发挥聪明才智，不拘泥于某一个领域，沿着杭齿集团老前辈们开拓的道路，创造灿烂的明天；最后杨总勉励每一位学员，珍惜学习时光，抓住学习机会，提升自我能力，做到知行合一，为杭齿也为自己的明天努力奋斗。
