杭齿集团公司工程传动事业部召开精益数字化项目推进动员大会

7月上旬，工程传动事业部在三楼培训室召开精益数字化项目现场3S启动大会，事业部全体机加工以及车间员工参加了会议。会议由事业部常务副总经理方斌主持。
会上，方斌首先向全体职工介绍了事业部开展精益数字化项目工作的背景和目标，对前期已开展的精益项目工作进行了总结与讲解。并指出，推进精益管理，一是事业部自身发展的需要；二是客户与市场对我们提出了高要求和高标准。方斌强调，如何推进精益管理一是大家要充分认识到推进工作存在的困难，要改变自己的思想观念和惯性思维；二是我们要加大宣传、培训和训练力度，实施作业标准与考核奖惩机制，提高工作效率；三是要以降库存项目为切入点，以减少浪费、增效改善为核心，形成精益管理体系；四是要求全员参与，全力支持，每一名员工都是精益管理的一员。
随后，精益项目推进组组长曾翰雅总监从如何推进精益管理工作进行了具体讲解，通过前期检查制作PPT以图文并茂的形式向参会的每位员工进行3S具体工作的讲述。经过对车间现场几块区域整改前后的图片对比，从推进工作的目标、思路、过程、影响等要素进行了问题点和标准化的阐述。同时对现场3S活动的奖惩制度进行了宣读，要求全体员工认真学习和领会。
方斌最后表示只要大家坚定信心，同心协力，一定能把精益管理项目做好。
