6月21日，杭齿集团公司在萧山会议中心举行“立足岗位讲奉献勇于担当比作为”党课暨2020年中务虚会议，国资总公司党委副书记、总经理、公司董事长夏柏林，公司党委书记、总经理杨水余，党委委员及副总师以上领导，各单位负责人，各党支部（总支）书记等40人参加了会议。会议由公司党委副书记、副总经理侯波主持。
会上，夏柏林为大家上了题为《立足岗位讲奉献勇于担当比作为》的党课，介绍新时代对党员的新要求，强调要大力发扬杭齿精神、用机制激励奉献、增强自身综合素质，要求全体党员干部必须有担当、有作为，敢担当、敢作为，擅担当、擅作为。
会议听取了公司智能制造建设、信息化建设、精益生产等重点工作汇报，在座部分领导人员就本单位上半年工作完成情况及下半年工作打算进行了交流发言。
最后，杨水余作了重要讲话，强调要树立危机意识、目标导向意识、标杆意识，主动作为，全力推动公司各项改革发展，打造出一个崭新、高效、优质的杭齿。同时要求在座的各单位负责人及各党支部书记从自身做起，树立主动意识、担当意识，管理好所在单位各层级，对公司重点工作积极配合，承担起“一把手”职责。
