近日，杭州市第二机械技工学校师生来杭齿参观学习。人力资源部部长孙锦、副部长姚丽华等参与接待。
孙锦在公司二楼多功能厅对师生们的到来表示欢迎。副部长姚丽华对杭齿集团的发展历史、企业文化、企业荣誉以及人才培养等进行了介绍，让师生们对杭齿的公司文化有了更深层次的了解。
随后，师生们参观了齿轮厂和热处理厂的生产车间。学生对齿轮箱生产线的工艺流程有了一定了解，对生产的技能要求有了初步认知，也体会到公司的制度化管理。此次参观交流，为公司引进人才打下良好的基础。
