4月29日，公司党委工作部组织召开2019年度轮岗交流中层后备干部座谈会，公司党委书记、总经理杨水余，党委副书记、副总经理侯波，党委工作部相关干事及2019年度九名轮岗交流中层后备干部参加了此次会议。杨总在会上向中层后备干部赠书。
会上，党委工作部部长孙锦首先对2019年中层后备干部轮岗交流的总体情况进行了总结。随后，中层后备干部就一年来的思想、工作、学习和生活等内容进行了交流，并对所在单位及轮岗交流工作提出了意见建议。
杨总对中层后备干部一年来的轮岗交流工作给予肯定，并提出了四点要求：一、要珍惜交流的机会；二、要摆正交流的心态；三、要保持学习进取的状态；四、要拥有拼搏、奉献、进取之心，敢想、敢做、敢为，为杭齿发展做贡献。
