4月20日，杭齿集团公司在多功能厅召开一季度两级干部会议，全体两级干部及分工会主席参加会议。会上明确了下阶段生产指标，为实现年度目标奠定了基础。
公司党委书记、总经理杨水余在会上通报了公司董事会相关信息，考核情况及一季度生产经营情况，强调了当前生产工作重点，部署了下阶段工作任务。杨总希望与会人员在思想上不要受到大环境的影响，要树立信心，向着目标去努力。
杨总在会上指出，公司要努力提升主业盈利能力，将采取以下措施:一是抓住风电产品的机遇，提升产能。二是优化总部管理体系：包括降低库存和采购成本；生产系统管理优化；精益生产；信息化推进；ERP升级等。三是优化组织机构和人力资源降成本。四是提升优势产品核心竞争力和盈利能力。
针对公司各板块市场形势，杨总部署了下一阶段的工作任务：克服疫情困难,努力完成生产任务；大力提升产能，各部门要努力完成目标；要做好降成本和降库存工作；要加快资金回笼，降低应收账款；要抓好安全生产工作；切实提升产品质量和新产品的开发工作。
