4月7日,杭齿集团临江公司召开年后首次员工大会。会议回顾了一季度取得的成绩并部署了下阶段的工作。集团公司党委书记兼总经理、临江公司董事长杨水余，临江公司总经理楼渊，临江公司常务副总施立钢，临江公司副总经理李兴亚，临江公司总经理助理俞宗良出席会议。会议由楼渊主持。
会上楼渊通报了3月临江公司的风机出产已达到临江建厂以来的最大值。临江公司的紧缺岗位得到有效补充，设备产能得到深入挖掘，公司各项制度得到不断完善，全公司的氛围积极向好，希望大家继续勠力同心，精诚合作，紧抓风机市场机遇，争取更大产出，为临江公司在风机市场争取更多话语权。
杨水余在会议最后表示：临江公司风电板块是杭齿集团公司所有业务中不可或缺的一环，集团公司将继续对临江不遗余力地给予支持；临江公司要牢牢把握风机抢装潮的历史机遇，想方设法最大程度满足市场需求，不断提升自身的市场定位；临江公司干部职工要上下一心，同舟共济，全力以赴朝年度目标奔进。
