1月16日上午，杭州市召开第45届世界技能大赛参赛总结表彰暨杭州市高技能人才建设推进会。会议对参加第45届世界技能大赛获奖选手、技术指导专家团队成员及为世界技能大赛参赛工作做出突出贡献的单位进行了表彰；为首席技师、拔尖技能人才和杭州市技术能手代表颁发证书；为新认定的32家市级技能大师工作室授牌。
公司赵水林钳工技能大师工作室（荣誉技能大师工作室）位居其列，公司陆立军同志入选浙江省“百千万”高技能领军人才培养工程第一层次“杰出技能人才”培养项目。
杨水余总经理应邀参会并作为唯一的企业代表做了交流发言，会后接受了浙江卫视新闻频道记者的采访。杨总表示一个大师室代表一个行业，大师在人才培养上起到了很好的作用，在解决企业生产制造过程中碰到的问题发挥了作用，大师是榜样，是力量。高技能人才是企业高质量发展的基石，企业高质量发展离不开广大高技能人才的努力、拼搏与付出。针对企业正向智能制造转型的关键时期，积极探索新形势下复合技工人才培养模式，制订高技能领军人才培养支持方案，完善技能人才培养体系，组织开展企业职业技能等级认定、技能人才自主评价、企业新型学徒制等工作，为企业、为社会培养一批具有优良职业道德、高超专业技能、德才兼备的精英人才队伍。
