明确目标 发展壮大
12月10日，杭齿集团公司工程传动事业部在公司三楼会议室召开成立后的首次会议，公司总经理杨水余，副总经理、工程传动事业部总经理侯波和工程传动事业部全体中层干部参加会议。会议明确了事业部今后的发展目标和后续工作。对中层干部的具体工作做了安排。
侯波指出：成立工程传动事业部是公司对工程机械和轨道交通机械独立发展的需要，是杭齿后续搬迁的需要，也是杭齿今后发展的重要支撑和工程产品后续发展的需要。侯波强调：事业部的目标是：对外，在行业内成为受人尊敬的独立供应商和服务商；在内部，成为杭齿集团产品领域的第一板块。事业部将通过质量提升、降本增效、市场开拓和队伍建设来向目标迈进。侯波表态：作为工程传动事业部的总经理，将和团队一起同甘苦、共患难，全力以赴把工程板块做好。
杨水余对工程传动事业部的成立表示祝贺。事业部的成立担负着解决杭齿工程产品发展的问题，现在目标已定，工程产品发展空间巨大，我们要向着目标奋进，也不辜负老厂长对我们的期望。对事业部的团队，杨水余要求：要有危机意识：要树立客户为中心的意识；要把综合成本降下来；要围绕市场需求去开拓市场。最后，杨水余强调：希望大家会后马上转变角色，尽快把事业部运作起来，为公司整体的改革发展做出一个表率和榜样。
