金秋十月，喜讯传来，在集团公司领导关怀下，在绍兴前进公司广大干部职工的努力下，厨余垃圾处理设备试制成功！
在国家提倡生活垃圾分类及杭州市鼓励厨余垃圾就地处理的号召下，绍前公司与其它公司合作开发了厨余垃圾处理设备，厨余垃圾经过粉碎、脱水、烘干、发酵等流程，直接转化成工业油脂和有机肥料，进行回收利用，实现了垃圾的生态处理及就地消化。
该厨余垃圾处理设备分减量部分、烘箱部分，采用触摸屏全自动控制，包含厨余垃圾上料、粉碎、脱水、提升、搅拌、烘干、发酵、出料等功能。适用于果蔬批发市场、集贸市场、美丽乡村、高速服务站、机关学校食堂、居民社区、餐饮经营等场所的厨余垃圾就地处理，按厨余垃圾处理量细分为200公斤、500公斤、1000公斤、2000公斤级等系列型号，市场应用前景巨大。
厨余垃圾处理设备新产品的试制成功，从传统的齿轮箱零部件行业领域，向环保行业领域拓展，是杭齿集团面向整机生产，新兴行业领域的一次探索。
