10月21日下午，萧山区妇联主席赵青，副主席周大庆、郭辛夷在国资总公司党委委员、纪委书记、工会主席、妇联主席陈健，杭齿集团党委书记、总经理杨水余的陪同下，参观了杭齿陈列室，赵水林、陆立军钳工技能工作室、巾帼文明岗创建办公室、女职工哺乳室等。
参观结束后，赵主席一行和杭齿人员在二楼会议室召开座谈会。陈健主席介绍双方与会领导；杨水余书记致欢迎词，介绍杭齿发展情况；杭齿妇联主席童燕华作杭齿妇联工作汇报；最后萧山区妇联主席赵青发表讲话。
