On September 24, Hong Guanliang, Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of the Xiaoshan District People's Congress, and his delegation visited Hangzhou Gear for an inspection. They were accompanied by leaders including Xia Bolin, General Manager of the District State-owned Assets Holding Company and Chairman of the company; Yang Shuiyu, Party Secretary and General Manager of the company; and Xu Guiqin, Deputy General Manager and Chairwoman of the Trade Union.
Mr. Yang and Vice President Xu accompanied Deputy Director Hong and his delegation on a tour of the company’s product showroom, where they shared with everyone the company’s development journey, notable achievements, and key product areas. Following the tour, Chairman Xia, Mr. Yang, and other executives presented to Deputy Director Hong in the company’s newly renovated second-floor conference room an overview of the company’s 2019 business operations and production performance, as well as plans for future initiatives.
Finally, Deputy Director Hong expressed his appreciation for Hangzhou Gear's unwavering commitment to its core transmission business over the past 60 years, its relentless pursuit of innovation, and its consistent demonstration of responsibility as a state-owned enterprise. He noted that Hangzhou Gear serves as a role model for Xiaoshan’s industrial sector, having made significant contributions to the region’s industrial and economic development. He also expressed hope that, taking the company’s relocation as an opportunity, Hangzhou Gear will seize emerging growth prospects and reach new heights in the future.
