Recently, a nuclear power plant circulating pump gearbox—after operating for five years—arrived at Hangzhou Gear Co., Ltd.'s Linjiang branch for maintenance and repair work. With strong support from the company's leadership team and the dedicated efforts of its employees, the disassembly, inspection, repair, and reassembly of the gearbox were completed ahead of schedule. The final test run was successfully concluded recently, with all performance indicators meeting the required standards and passing the owner's rigorous acceptance check. The circulating pump gearbox was shipped out on June 5.
This is the first nuclear power plant circulating pump gearbox repair order received by Hangchi Linjiang Company. Through the disassembly, inspection, and maintenance of this gearbox, the company's technical staff gained valuable insights into the wear conditions of components such as bearings, gears, and gear rings, providing a practical basis for the subsequent design and manufacturing of circulating pump gearboxes—thus holding profound guiding significance.
