On June 3, all cadre members from the group company's two levels, chairpersons of each branch trade union, and safety officers from every department attended the 18th National Safety Production Month Mobilization Conference held in the company's multi-functional hall. The meeting was chaired by Deputy General Manager Deng Lin.

First, Deng Lin systematically deployed and uniformly arranged the company's "Safety Production Month" activities.

Xiaoshan District Fire Brigade Staff Officer Zhu Liyufeng delivered a promotional training session for the attendees on "Hangzhou's Initiative to Build a Social Fire Safety 'Firewall' Project—Strengthening the 'Four Capabilities' of Organizations." He emphasized that organizations must: 1. Enhance their ability to identify and eliminate fire hazards, 2. Improve their capacity to organize and effectively extinguish incipient fires, 3. Strengthen their skills in guiding personnel evacuation and escape, 4. Boost their effectiveness in conducting fire safety education, publicity, and training.

The company’s General Manager, Yang Shuiyu, urged all managers and employees to earnestly implement the spirit of the meeting, striving to carry out this year’s “Safety Production Month” activities thoroughly and effectively, while fostering a positive safety culture. He emphasized the critical focus on "preventing risks, eliminating hazards, and preventing accidents." To achieve these goals, he outlined three key requirements: First, stay informed about the current situation and prioritize safety above all else; second, ensure solid implementation by steadily advancing all planned tasks; and third, concentrate on essential areas by conducting practical and meticulous safety work. He also encouraged each unit to not only complete and submit activity summaries but also proactively address challenges such as heat prevention, cooling measures, flood control, and lightning protection. By approaching every task with diligence and attention to detail, we can collectively safeguard our workplace and ensure peace and security for everyone.

Company Chairman Feng Guang outlined five key requirements for the Safety Production Month at the meeting: First, systematically organize and advance all aspects of safety efforts. Second, ensure that safety initiatives are implemented by refining the company's internal rules and regulations. Third, prioritize improving employees' behavioral standards as a starting point for enhancing safety practices. Fourth, establish a robust safety network system. Finally, focus on proactively eliminating potential safety hazards—ultimately safeguarding both the company and its employees.
