On November 30, the second anniversary of the establishment of Hangzhou Gear Management Institute, along with a symposium on institutional training program collaborations, was held in the company's third-floor conference room. The meeting invited more than ten outstanding training institutions, several seasoned training experts, and leaders from various departments including the Party Committee Office, Corporate Office, Human Resources Department, and Enterprise Management Department. Company General Manager Yang Shuiyu and Deputy General Manager & Party Secretary Hou Bo attended the event personally and delivered important speeches.

The meeting began with Bi Jianwei, Vice Dean of the Hangzhou Gear Management Institute, summarizing the institute's development process and achievements over the past two years, followed by a brief overview of its future growth strategy.

Subsequently, representatives from various training institutions delivered speeches at the meeting. They illustrated the strengths and effectiveness of their courses with real, concrete examples, and exchanged and shared the outcomes and insights gained from their hands-on training initiatives.

Finally, company leaders provided comments on the Management College's work over the past two years and expressed their expectations for the next phase of activities. Hou Bo pointed out that Hangzhou Gear is currently at a critical stage of reform and transformation, as the company moves steadily toward becoming a benchmark enterprise for intelligent manufacturing in Xiaoshan. Because of this, he emphasized that even higher standards are now expected from both leadership cadres and managerial staff. He expressed hope that, by leveraging the platform established by the Management College, the company can strengthen specialized training programs, ensuring that its internal management models and philosophies keep pace with the evolving landscape of intelligent manufacturing. At the same time, he also encouraged all the expert attendees and training institutions to lend their support to Hangzhou Gear, offering valuable insights and strategies to help enhance talent development and management practices within the organization.

Yang Shuiyu, General Manager of the company, extended his best wishes on the occasion of the second anniversary of the Hangchi Management Institute. He also expressed gratitude to the esteemed experts from various educational institutions for joining the celebration, as their insights and advice will undoubtedly contribute to enhancing the capabilities of Hangchi's management team. General Manager Yang noted that over the past two years since its establishment, the institute has successfully built an internal team of mentors and instructors, conducting three sessions of the "Huangpu Class" program and launching the first cohort of the "Tengfei Class." These initiatives have already yielded remarkable achievements that deserve recognition. Looking ahead, as the company accelerates its pace of reform and development, the institute will further refine its educational approach—aligning closely with the company’s strategic direction—and continue to cultivate practical, results-oriented management talent through the development of even more targeted and innovative training programs. General Manager Yang emphasized that the institute should remain firmly rooted in the company’s overall growth plan, actively supporting corporate training efforts to forge a resilient and highly effective "Hangchi Management Iron Army"—a team ready to tackle any challenge head-on. Ultimately, the Hangchi Management Institute is committed to striving toward its ambitious goal of becoming a distinguished corporate university that not only meets but exceeds industry standards.
