HAGG Company attends the 2018 Dalian Maritime Exhibition

From October 24 to 26, Qin Jianyuan and He Pei, managers from the Marine Machinery & Complete Sets Department of HAGG Company, led a team to jointly exhibit at the 13th China Dalian International Maritime Exhibition, held at the Dalian World Expo Plaza under the theme "Smart Ocean, Innovative Voyage," alongside Dalian Company.
This year's exhibition is jointly hosted by the China Association of the Shipbuilding Industry, the China Shipowners Association, the China Shipbuilding Engineering Society, and the China Fishery Vessel, Machinery & Gear Association. The total exhibition area exceeds 30,000 square meters, with nearly 1,000 booths on display. International participation accounts for 30% of the event, attracting over 40,000 professional visitors—making it a premier gathering for China's maritime industry elite, fostering collaboration on key projects, and advancing military-civilian integration initiatives. During the exhibition, HAGG engaged in extensive, multi-level exchanges with domestic and international shipowners, engine manufacturers, design institutes, and industry peers regarding Hangzhou Gear's "ADVANCE" series of marine products. Meanwhile, Dalian—a vibrant port city often referred to as the "Pearl of Northern China"—is home to numerous shipowners who have invested nationwide in building 10,000-ton bulk carriers as well as large-scale distant-water fishing vessels. On the sidelines of the event, Hangzhou Gear held meaningful discussions with senior executives from Dalian Hengli Group about the operational status of 10 oil- and bulk-carrying vessels currently under construction. Additionally, Hangzhou Gear explored potential collaborations with Dalian Rose Stone Group regarding their planned investment in constructing multiple large-capacity bulk carriers.
