Recently, the main propulsion power integration system produced by HAGG. was successfully applied for the first time to Pakistan's largest and most advanced 1,500-ton maritime patrol vessel—Ship PMSA 143—marking a new chapter in China-Pakistan cooperation on shipbuilding.

The integrated propulsion system boasts independent intellectual property rights and was completed in a seamless, one-stop process—from R&D and manufacturing to joint commissioning—and successfully passed its initial sea trial on the first attempt. Colonel Irfan Nadeem, who is leading the project for Pakistan, recommended to CSSC Group and Huangpu Wenchong that future China-Pakistan co-built official vessel projects should increasingly incorporate products from HAGG Company for the main propulsion and power integration system.

The HAGG Company's main propulsion power integration system integrates the gearbox, controllable pitch propeller, high-elasticity materials, and the ship-wide control and monitoring/alarming systems into a single package—significantly expanding the scope compared to previous products. Among these components, the GCH750-800 lightweight, high-power, high-speed, heavy-duty gearbox can deliver a maximum single-unit output of up to 7,550 kW, yet it boasts a compact size, light weight, exceptional shock resistance, clutch-free operation with zero backlash, and remarkably low vibration and noise levels—making it competitive with top-tier international gearbox brands such as REINTJES. Additionally, the equipped 5HI-090N controllable pitch propeller is designed specifically for high-power-density naval vessels, featuring blades measuring just 2.85 meters in length.

HAGG Company boasts the most comprehensive lineup of main propulsion integration systems in China. From the very beginning of the China-Pakistan shipbuilding collaboration, Hangchi dispatched its experts to provide technical support and equipment, while also mobilizing its full team—specializing in installation, commissioning, and sea trials—to ensure the seamless completion of the integration system and the successful trial voyage of the vessel. This project represents Hangchi's largest-scale offering in official vessel propulsion integration systems, enabling the company to accumulate invaluable experience in manufacturing integrated systems for high-speed vessels used by maritime police, maritime authorities, and other specialized applications. As a result, it has opened up new avenues for continued cooperation between China and Pakistan in the construction of official vessels.
