HAGG Company Holds the 14th Session, 3rd Meeting of Its Employee Congress

On August 18, 2017, HAGG Corporation grandly convened the 14th Session, 3rd Meeting of its Employee Congress. During the meeting, General Manager Feng Guang delivered a semi-annual work report, Vice Chairman of the Trade Union Ge Biao presented an inspection report on the implementation of the collective contract for the first half of 2017, and Chairman Mao Jianrong delivered an important keynote speech. The meeting was chaired by Trade Union Chairman Xu Guiqin.

General Manager Feng Guang delivered a comprehensive summary and review of the first half of 2017 in his work report titled "Carrying Forward the Past, Ushering in the Future, Striving Forward with Determination to Achieve Stable Enterprise Development." He also outlined the key priorities for the second half of the year: taking the advancement of the "Ten Major Initiatives" as the driving force, focusing squarely on production and operations, leveraging innovation and reform as the engine for growth. Specifically, he emphasized optimizing business structures to spur expansion, strengthening management practices to enhance quality, mitigating risks to ensure stability, and striving for breakthroughs in areas such as "Three Reductions and One Lowering," capital market activities, and seamless integration between production and sales. These efforts are aimed at securing tangible progress in corporate transformation and upgrading, as well as in talent development, ultimately boosting the company's overall competitiveness and paving the way for sustained, stable growth.

Subsequently, Chairman Mao Jianrong outlined the "Six Musts" for the second half of the year: 1. We must ensure the successful completion of the targets set by the Board of Directors. 2. We must guarantee that the "Ten Major Initiatives" yield tangible results. 3. We must accelerate the implementation of transformation and upgrading. 4. We must comprehensively advance deepened reforms. 5. We must steadfastly pursue capital operations. 6. We must strengthen the development of our talent pool.

Finally, Union Chairwoman Xu Guiqin delivered a closing summary of the meeting, urging all employee representatives to engage in thoughtful discussions and ensure that the spirit of this conference is effectively communicated to every worker. She emphasized the importance of deeply understanding and thoroughly implementing the conference’s key messages, thereby guaranteeing the timely completion of all critical tasks in the next phase.
