On October 28, the joint venture contract for Hangzhou Adventus Drive Chain Technology Service Co., Ltd.—a company jointly established with investment from HAGG. (Hangzhou Linjiang ADVANCE Gearbox Co., Ltd.), Shanghai Electric Wind Equipment Co., Ltd., and Hangzhou Zeda Instrument Co., Ltd.—was officially signed in Hangzhou. Zhao Liming, Member of the Standing Committee and Executive Deputy District Mayor of Xiaoshan District, along with representatives from the Xiaoshan District Development and Reform Bureau, District Economic and Information Bureau, District Finance Bureau, District State-owned Assets Holding Company, and the Management Committee of Shangcheng District Science and Technology Industrial Park, attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Zhang Meng, Deputy General Manager of HAGG. and the proposed Chairman of the new company.
Relying on the technology and resources of the three parties, and leveraging the strengths of each, the joint venture will launch aftermarket services for wind turbine drivetrain maintenance and operations. This will include real-time monitoring of wind turbine drivetrains, the establishment of a robust data platform, and the utilization of an expert system to enable remote fault diagnosis—ultimately achieving comprehensive lifecycle management for wind power gearboxes and drivetrains.
Feng Guang, General Manager of HAGG.; Jin Xiaolong, President of Shanghai Electric Wind Power Group; and Li Jie, Chief Engineer of Hangzhou Zeda Instrument Co., Ltd.—the three leaders—signed the joint venture agreement. Mao Jianrong, Chairman of HAGG; Zhang Ke, Vice President of Shanghai Electric Group; and Lu Hang, Chairman of Zeda Instrument, each delivered speeches on behalf of their respective shareholder parties. Together, the three parties will collaborate sincerely, leveraging their respective strengths, complementing each other’s advantages, and pursuing mutual benefits to jointly manage and develop the successful joint venture, ultimately achieving win-win cooperation. Newly appointed General Manager Huang Chuang then took the stage to express his commitment to diligently fulfilling his responsibilities and working tirelessly to enhance the new company’s core competitiveness.
Zhao Liming, Member of the District Committee Standing Committee and Executive Deputy District Mayor, congratulated the joint venture company on its official signing. He also put forward further expectations to the relevant district-level departments, emphasizing that government agencies must firmly establish a service-oriented mindset, proactively assist enterprises in overcoming challenges, and provide swift, efficient, and convenient government services, thereby fostering an excellent investment and development environment.
