On September 28, the company's 14th Trade Union Members' Congress and the 14th Employee Representatives' Conference were solemnly held in the Multi-functional Hall. Wang Bin, Executive Vice Chairman of the Xiaoshan District Federation of Trade Unions, along with Xia Bolin, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager of the District State-owned Assets Corporation, and other senior leaders, attended the meeting as guests of honor.

General Manager Feng Guang delivered a speech at the meeting, extending his congratulations on the convening of the conference. He also outlined three key expectations for the 14th session of employee representatives, union members' representatives, and the newly elected union committee: First, stay focused on the company's core business operations and serve as reliable "guardians" of the enterprise; second, prioritize serving the interests of employees and act as dedicated "advocates" for the workforce; and third, innovate approaches and strategies to become powerful "drivers" of the company's reform and development initiatives.

The union chairwoman, Xu Guiqin, delivered the keynote report titled "Fulfilling the Role of 'Caring Family Members,' Contributing to the 13th Five-Year Plan, and Striving for Enterprise Reform, Innovation, and Sustainable Growth." The report reviewed the union's key achievements over the past four years, highlighting its political nature, legal compliance, professionalism, mass appeal, and advanced initiatives. Looking ahead, it outlined five major tasks for the next term: strengthening foundational work, safeguarding workers' rights, enhancing capabilities, advancing infrastructure projects, and fostering innovation. Following this, Deputy Chief Accountants Shen Shuifa and Zhang Dejun presented their respective reports: "Work Report of the 13th Union Financial Committee" and "Work Report of the 13th Union Fund Supervision Committee." Finally, the meeting proceeded to elect the 14th Union Committee, the Fund Supervision Committee, and the specialized working groups for the 14th Employee Congress.

Finally, Chairman and Party Secretary Mao Jianrong highly praised the union's work over the past four years, noting that the union has demonstrated political awareness, a broad perspective, a commitment to innovation, and a focus on practical results. He expressed his hope that the next-term union will continue to deepen reform and keep pace with the times; center its efforts on technological innovation to accelerate transformation and upgrading; and provide thoughtful services to employees while safeguarding their rights and interests in accordance with the law.

At the meeting, Wang Bin, Party Secretary and Executive Vice Chairman of the Xiaoshan District Federation of Trade Unions, and Xia Bolin, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager of the Xiaoshan District State-owned Assets Corporation, delivered important speeches. They praised the Hangzhou Gear Union for its contributions to the company's development, while also offering valuable suggestions for the union's future work.
