On the morning of July 29, braving the scorching summer heat, Qiu Guoping, General Manager of the District State-owned Assets Corporation, along with Deputy General Manager Chen Xiaoyu and their delegation, visited the Automotive Business Division and the Powder Metallurgy Plant. They conducted a调研 (research and inspection) on the operational status of the two units since they implemented simulated equity participation by management teams and signed internal contracting agreements. Feng Guang, General Manager, and other company leaders accompanied the visit and extended a warm welcome.
After listening to the progress report, Mr. Qiu expressed his approval of the Group Company's implementation of internal operational mechanism reforms. He also praised the measures taken by the two pilot units following their introduction of simulated equity participation among management teams, and urged the management teams of both units to continue their efforts, strengthen internal management, refine performance evaluations, and remain steadfast in their commitment to leading the way in driving these transformative changes.
During the调研 and visit, Mr. Qiu and his delegation toured the factory and extended their condolences to the employees working in high-temperature conditions.
