The large tractor transmission with electro-hydraulic control power shifting, jointly developed and prototyped by HAGG and a major OEM, has now successfully passed bench testing and has been shipped to the customer for installation and commissioning.

This transmission system primarily consists of a main gearbox and a power-splitting gearbox. The main gearbox was retrofitted from an existing model, while the power-splitting gearbox was designed entirely from scratch. Inside the power-splitting gearbox, the power take-off output is equipped with two sets of wet-type clutches, enabling automatic disconnection and engagement of power when agricultural machinery is suspended. During the prototype development phase, technical staff from the group company visited the original equipment manufacturer multiple times to gain insights into the operational conditions and characteristics of large tractors. They also promptly addressed any issues that arose during testing, continuously refining and optimizing the design for greater efficiency and reliability.

As the country's first successfully prototype high-horsepower electro-hydraulic-controlled power-shift tractor transmission, this product has laid a solid foundation for the group company to enter the high-end, large-scale agricultural machinery market.
