The doctoral research proposal review meeting for Chongqing University and HAGG was successfully held.

On the afternoon of October 16, the project proposal review meeting for the postdoctoral research topic jointly undertaken by Chongqing University and HAGG was held at HAGG. Attendees included Sun Li, Chief of the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Xiaoshan District; Zhao Xiangfu, Director-level Staff Member; Zhu Caichao, Vice Dean of the School of Mechanical Engineering at Chongqing University; Professor Gong Xiansheng; Liu Xiaorong, Director of the Postdoctoral Administration Office at Chongqing University; as well as Feng Guang, General Manager of HAGG; Xu Xueli and Yang Shuiyu, Deputy General Managers; Song Bin, Chief Engineer; and leaders from the Technology Center, Human Resources Department, Automotive Business Division, and other relevant departments.

Dr. Song, who earned his PhD in Mechanical Design and Theory from Chongqing University, currently engages in teaching and research at the State Key Laboratory of Mechanical Transmission at Chongqing University. In July 2015, HAGG recruited Dr. Song from Chongqing University to lead a postdoctoral research project focused on "Key Technologies for Vibration Reduction and Noise Control in High-Speed Electric Vehicle Gearboxes." During the project proposal review meeting, Dr. Song provided a comprehensive overview of the research topic, including its direction, objectives, critical technologies, anticipated outcomes, and team-building strategies.

After a comprehensive review, the experts attending the meeting agreed to approve the initiation of Dr. Song Chao's proposed postdoctoral research project, noting that the research objectives are clear, the technical approach is well-defined, and the content is thoroughly justified.
