On August 12, the highly anticipated 2015 Suzhou China Agricultural Machinery Parts Industry Summit, hosted by the China Agricultural Machinery Industry Association, was grandly held. Over 600 guests attended the event, representing government bodies, leading agricultural machinery manufacturers, specialized parts companies, parts distribution firms, agricultural research and design institutions, financial investment organizations, and media outlets. During the summit, 50 products were recognized and awarded the prestigious 2015 China Agricultural Machinery Parts Gold Award, while 25 others received the innovative Product Innovation Award. Notably, the company’s LQ68-type combine harvester transmission and the DL800 power-shift gearbox each earned a Gold Award and an Innovation Award, respectively.

The LQ68 combined harvester is an agricultural machinery gearbox independently developed by the company to meet market demands. It features three gear ratios—high, medium, and low—and includes a steering clutch-brake function. This gearbox can be paired with an HST pump of corresponding power transmission capacity, forming a continuously variable-speed power unit ideal for use in both semi-feed and full-feed harvesters. After more than six years of successful market application, the gearbox has proven to be highly reliable and stable, significantly reducing failure rates while delivering performance that ranks among the best in China. Market feedback has been overwhelmingly positive. Meanwhile, the DL800 power-shift gearbox is a cutting-edge agricultural machinery transmission independently researched and manufactured by Shaoxing ADVANCE Gearbox Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of our company. Primarily designed for self-propelled harvesting equipment and other applications with similar operating conditions, this gearbox employs wet-type friction clutches to control gear shifts. Its advanced hydraulic control system enables seamless, uninterrupted shifting without interrupting power delivery, ensuring smooth and coordinated operation across all working systems. As a result, the product’s performance has reached international leading standards, earning it both a national invention patent and a utility model patent.
