Recently, at the invitation of the International Service Department of Weichai Power Co., Ltd., a team of experts from the company's Parts Service Center traveled to the International Service Department of Weichai Power Co., Ltd. to conduct training on marine gearbox maintenance services. During the training, engineering technicians and maintenance specialists from Hangzhou Gear Parts Service Center shared their expertise in marine gearbox repair techniques with Weichai personnel, while also demonstrating practical examples of analyzing, diagnosing, and resolving common gearbox malfunctions on-site. A total of 40 participants, including service staff, management personnel, and business managers from Weichai’s International Service Department, Market Management Department, and Import-Export Company, attended the session.
It is reported that Weichai Import & Export Company has seen its overseas sales of Hangchi products steadily increase year after year, creating an urgent need to enhance the gearbox maintenance service capabilities of Weichai's overseas sales and service teams. This training session has strengthened communication and collaboration between the two parties, significantly improving the ability of Weichai Power's overseas service and sales personnel to provide effective maintenance for marine gearbox products. As a result, the training has successfully achieved its intended objectives.
