近日，公司生产的2台不带主轴的2MW风电齿轮箱S2000样机完成了风场调试，并顺利联网发电，标志着此类机型将迅速地批量供货。
2010年5月杭齿带大轴的2MW风电齿轮箱W2000正式在风场并网发电，至今已无故障运行5年。在此基础上，杭齿又全新推出全新的S2000风电齿轮箱，与市场上大多数传统结构的2MW风电齿轮箱不同的是，杭齿S2000风电齿轮箱引进国外先进的柔性轴差动分流技术，该技术能有效解决行星轮系的均载问题，且功率密度大，各项关键指标均优于传统结构齿轮箱，目前运行状况良好。
