The meeting provided a comprehensive review of the company's key activities in 2014, while also clearly outlining 2015’s primary tasks: enhancing quality and efficiency, driving innovation, pursuing steady progress amid stability, and striving tirelessly toward the goal of achieving sustainable enterprise development.

Attending the meeting were company officials at both levels, employee representatives, Party member representatives, senior professionals holding advanced titles, as well as various outstanding individuals and those who received recognition. General Manager Feng Guang delivered the annual work report, while Li Chengwu, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, and Xu Guiqin, Chairperson of the Trade Union, presented the Party Committee’s work report and the Trade Union’s work report, respectively. Finally, Chairman and Party Secretary Mao Jianrong delivered an important speech.

The company's General Manager, Feng Guang, delivered a work report titled "Enhancing Quality and Efficiency, Driving Innovation, Pursuing Steady Progress While Striving for Sustainable Enterprise Development." In his report, he reviewed HAGG's performance in 2014. The achievements and shortcomings of the year's work were analyzed, focusing on 2015. Facing the current production and business landscape, the company proposes to focus on "enhancing quality and efficiency, driving growth through innovation, and pursuing steady progress amid stability." We must seize opportunities, rigorously implement strategies, and strive for the company's sustainable development—delivering higher-quality products, greater operational efficiency, and improved profitability. We will capitalize on timely moments to foster innovation, using creativity as the engine propelling our continuous corporate growth. At the same time, we’ll wholeheartedly expand into new markets, significantly boosting our overall marketing capabilities. Meanwhile, we’ll remain steadfast in strengthening management practices, leveraging effective governance to enhance both quality and efficiency. Additionally, we’ll unite our teams around R&D initiatives, reinforcing and scaling up our core business areas. By concentrating resources wisely, we’ll maximize returns through strategic investments. Finally, we’ll elevate employee professionalism and work ethic, sharpening our ability to deliver on strategic vision. Through these concerted efforts, we aim to stabilize our business operations and maintain robust economic performance, ensuring steady yet progressive growth for the company.

Li Chengwu, Deputy Secretary of the Company Party Committee, delivered the company's Party Committee work report at the meeting. In his report, he reviewed the year 2014 The company's Party Committee summarized its various tasks and outlined plans for 2015. The guiding principle for the Party Committee's work: Guided by the spirit of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the Third and Fourth Plenary Sessions of the 18th Central Committee, we will focus on serving the company’s core business operations. Taking the opportunity presented by the company’s 12th Party Congress, we will strengthen Party building, enhance the cohesion and combat effectiveness of Party organizations, and fully leverage the political core and fortress role of Party organizations in uniting hearts and minds, driving development, serving employees, and fostering harmonious workplace relationships—thereby accelerating the enterprise’s transformation and upgrading.

Xu Guiqin, Chairperson of the company's trade union, delivered the company's trade union work report. In her report, she summarized the work carried out over the past year and pointed out 2015 The guiding principle for this year's work is: guided by the spirit of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the Third and Fourth Plenary Sessions of the 18th Central Committee, and the 16th National Congress of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions, we will strive to adapt to the new landscape of comprehensive reform, the fresh context of governing the country according to law, and the "new normal" of economic development. By focusing on our central mission and serving the broader national agenda, we will identify key entry points and breakthroughs for trade union work, uniting and leading workers to make greater contributions toward enterprise transformation, upgrading, and enhanced profitability. Together, we will wholeheartedly build a "pragmatic, culturally rich, harmonious, warm, and dynamic" five-type trade union, showcasing new achievements and presenting a renewed image.

Finally, Chairman and Party Secretary Mao Jianrong delivered an important speech. In his address, he first extended congratulations to the outstanding collectives and individuals who were honored, and then reflected on 2014. The year's work was acknowledged and praised, with specific focus on 2015. The company's annual work meeting put forward four key points of advice and requirements: 1.
