Recently, the company successfully completed the trial production of the GCS390A gearbox—its independently developed gear unit capable of clutching, decelerating, and handling propeller thrust. This product is a specialized gearbox designed for use with controllable pitch propellers in marine vessels. The first batch of four units was delivered to customers on November 25th, marking its official entry into the international market. The GCS390A gearbox features a lightweight, highly torsion-resistant welded structure for its housing, while its output end can accommodate a CPP distributor. It is a high-precision, low-noise transmission system comprising helical gears. According to the company’s rigorous load testing, all technical specifications met the product’s functional requirements, ensuring the successful completion of this trial production run.
