Our company's independently developed and trial-produced GH351 high-speed gearbox was recently shipped to the customer, marking the successful completion of the gearbox's trial production.
GH351 The gearbox is a custom-designed, specialized unit tailored by our company for a large state-owned enterprise in the Central-South region. Its power transmission capacity is 1250KW , the rated output can reach a maximum speed of 15000r/min , operating in both directions. Given that the gearbox outputs a relatively high rotational speed, we opted against using conventional radial bearings when selecting the bearings—instead, we chose tilting-pad thrust bearings. Additionally, temperature probes were pre-embedded within the thrust surfaces and load-bearing radial pads, allowing real-time monitoring of the tilting-pad bearings' operational temperatures once connected to the monitoring unit.
