HAGG Company's technical renovation project, which aims to produce 500 large-scale main propulsion transmission systems for shipping vessels annually, has successfully passed the completion and acceptance inspection.

On November 1, 2017, the Xiaoshan District Development and Reform Bureau and the Bureau of Economy and Information Technology, entrusted by the Zhejiang Provincial Development and Reform Commission and the Provincial Department of Economy and Information Technology, organized leaders from the District Finance Bureau, District Environmental Protection Bureau, District Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau (Planning), and the District Fire Brigade, along with experts from Zhejiang University and the Zhejiang Provincial Federation of Machinery Industry, to conduct the completion acceptance of the company's technical renovation project for an annual production capacity of 500 large main propulsion transmission systems designed for shipping vessels.
          The acceptance team conducted an on-site inspection of the project implementation, listened to our company's project completion summary report and the audit report from the accounting firm, and reviewed the relevant project documents. After thorough inquiries and discussions, the team unanimously concluded that the project has successfully completed all its planned construction activities. Furthermore, the individual acceptance processes for environmental protection, fire safety, archives, and building compliance have all met the relevant national regulations and requirements. Additionally, the use of central budget investment adhered to national guidelines. Therefore, the team approved the project's successful completion and recommended passing the final acceptance.
          The project to technologically upgrade the production of large-scale main propulsion transmission systems for 500 transport vessels annually is a national special initiative under the 2013 Industrial Revitalization and Technological Transformation Program. It aligns with the nation’s strategic direction of enhancing core equipment capabilities. The implementation of this project will elevate the company’s technical expertise in high-power marine gearbox products, driving a transformative upgrade of its product lineup. As a result, the company will maintain its leading position in China for both production capacity and quality assurance of high-power marine gearboxes, delivering significant economic and social benefits.
